We are committed to providing you with the best possible treatment.. Our patients understand that in order to deliver optimum dentistry, we must maintain our office on sound principles. Therefore, we inform our patients of our financial policies at the very beginning of our relationship to avoid any misunderstandings.

Treatment plans are presented to all patients before any work begins. We consult with our patients so that there is full understanding of the procedures by which treatment is rendered. The costs and the time required to perform the services is also discussed. If at any time it is necessary to change the treatment plan and additional charges or credits are applicable, this is explained to the patient and agreed to before the services are rendered.

Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you..

Payment for the examination appointment is due at the time the services are rendered.

Financial arrangements are not made based on insurance reimbursement. Dental insurance typically has limited impact toward coverage of comprehensive care.  Insurance coverage is a pact between the patient and their carrier,  not between the carrier and the dentist.   So this practice will be happy to provide you with all the necessary dental codes and fees on your statements for you to make appropriate claims with your carrier, but we do not accept insurance coverage for payment of services provided

We believe that:

1. You should decide the quality of the dental treatment you prefer not an insurance company.

2. Oral health care and the choice of dental materials used should be determined by you and your dentist rather than a dental insurance carrier.

3. Our fees are the same for all patients. Your dental insurance policy may reimburse you based on their own fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our fees. You should be aware that insurance companies vary greatly in the type of coverage available. Some companies reimburse claims promptly while others may delay payment for several months.

Payment options

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods that include personal check, cash and all major credit cards. Full payment is expected at the time your services are performed.

Financing

As a courtesy to our patients we offer CareCredit services. They have “no interest options” available and are quite easy to deal with. Please call them directly at 800-677-0718 or visit their website at www.carecredit.com. You may apply at home or here in the office.

As a service to our patients with dental insurance, we will submit all necessary paperwork to your carrier. Please keep in mind that our office has no contracts or affiliations with insurance companies and will therefore be considered “outside the network” or “non-participating provider”.

Your specific dental policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If you like, our business staff will gladly verify your benefits.
